If you have been following the blog, you know that there is a lot of garbage in the harbour. One of the marinas have their staff go out every day and bring out the garbage that is in their vicinity. Well, yesterday, one of the guys brought a duffle bag. And, when he opened it on the jetty there was a head inside. The police were called but at the end of the day, they still had not shown up. Eventually, one of the guys carted it away to somewhere. They certainly do business differently down here. Wish I had a photo for you, but I was at the wrong place at the wrong time.
